Thank you for visiting Region Nine of the Newmar Kountry Klub. This exciting Region includes four Canadian Provinces and Three Territories.

Our home is located on beautiful Vancouver Island in the Province of

British Columbia, Canada. We are surrounded by water and enjoy the

scenic vistas of the Gulf Islands and the snow capped mountains of the coastal range across the straight of Georgia on the mainland.

We have travelled extensively on our own pleasure craft and visited many unique places only accessible by boat.  We sold our business and retired in 2002 and purchased our first Newmar coach, and joined the Newmar Kountry Klub family.  This turned out to be the right decision as we have met and made some wonderful friends all across  Canada and the United States of America.

We became involved in local Chapter activities and were appointed Region Directors in 2004.  Region nine represents members in the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the Territories of Nunavut, North West Territories and the Yukon.  Region nine covers a very diverse geographic area from the Prairie Landscapes, the Canadian Rockies, the Pacific Coast and to the Artic Circle in the North.

At this time we have active Chapters in the following Provinces:-

In British Columbia we have three Chapters, B.C. Dogwood Interior Klub, B.C. Dogwood Islanders Klub, and the B.C. Dogwood Lower Mainland Klub.  In Alberta we have two Chapters, Alberta Wild Rose Klub, and the Alberta Prairie Dogs.  In Saskatchewan we have one Chapter the Prairie Lily Klub. All these Chapters have their own executive and they organize many social functions such as luncheons, coffee meetings and rallies.  The members get together for fun and fellowship and many lasting friendships have developed over the years.  Anyone who is a member in good standing of the Newmar Kountry Klub is welcome to attend any of these gatherings, for more information on events that are taking place in an area you might be interested in, please contact either the Provincial Directors or the Chapter Presidents for the most up to date information.

One of our main highlights held in the Region each year for the Newmar Kountry Klub is the Calgary Stampede and Canadian Rockies Special Event.  This event is advertised in the Konnection magazine, and has proven to be very popular with those who have attended in the past.  There is so much to explore and see in the Region from the Prairie farmlands, to the Canadian Rocky Mountains to the Pacific Ocean Shores.
