July 2010   The Saskatchewan Provincial / Prairie Lily Klub 10th Anniversary Rally was held at Craven World Campground, Craven, Sask, from June 10-13, 2010.  Rally hosts were Cliff & May Carey, Provincial Directors, and Barry & June Bickner, Presidents, Sask Prairie Lily Klub.  Despite the rainy weather, cold spring, and the fact that most members were not done seeding, there were nine rigs present.  We had five rigs from Sask, two from Ab, and two from BC!!!     Friday night supper was catered by Merv's Pitchfork Fondue. The 17 attendees were joined by Murray & Twila Cain, Sec-Treas of the Prairie Lily Klub, who were previously committed to a family wedding. Thank you for taking the time from your busy schedule to have supper with us.  We also had 3 other non-member guests. It is very interesting to watch as steaks are deep-fried on a pitchfork!     A great time was had by all, as usual, even though the crowd was small. There was a lot of visiting going on, and games led by Cliff and May Carey.  Stan & Elaine Iles, originators of the Prairie Lily Klub, donated a 10th Anniversary Cake, and also prepared a history of the Klub, which they printed out for all as a keepsake.     We would like to extend a very special thank-you to Les & Marlene Ziegler, Presidents of Ab Prairie Dogs Klub, and their Sec-Treas, Bill Woloshyniuk, for their extra efforts in making sure every motor home was safely out of the mud and on the road at the end of the rally. July 2008               Hi! Folks, Once again the Newmar Saskatchewan Prairie Lily Klub is holding our "Christmas" party in late September because some members head south in October. This year, as a number of you are travelling to the NorFest held September 27-28 in Minot, ND, we are having our gathering on Friday, September 26th.  This may make it easier for our members from Alberta to attend.  All the details are to be found on the invitation.  We sure hope you can all come for fellowship and fun.
