Time is getting near with the beginning of this years rally season and I want to make everyone aware of the DEADLINE DATES for contacting the rally hosts with you attendance.

June 15 - 18th, Wisconsin State Rally at Stoney Creek RV Resort, we have limited spaces and we need your fee’s and disclaimer by May 15th.

July 19 - 23rd, Chapter Rally at Fort McCoy, Sparta, you need to make your reservation with the campground and contact Dean & Ruth Schmalz by  July 1st.

August 14 - 21st, International Rally, Goshen, IN.  If you wish to park with the Northern Aire’s members you must forward your registration form and fee’s to Howard Hill by May 31st.

September 17 - 20th, Joint Chapters Rally, Monroe.  Contact Garrett & Barb Hopkins if you will be attending this rally by June 15th.

The following information is a summary of our State Rally, if you find this of interest and want to join us, please submit your fee’s and disclaimer as stated above.  We will handle the reservation with the Resort.

June 14th, early arrival submit the additional $35.00 to us.  For those coming in early I will do the weigh-in for your unit upon your arrival, please plan on a 1 - 3 PM arrival for this.

June 15th, please plan your arrival for 1 - 3 PM to have your unit weighed.

Dinner will be served at 5:30 PM along with the welcome.

June 16th, Breakfast will be served at 8 AM followed by the Northern Aire’s business meeting.  The Dells Mill tour will be held at 1 PM.  Dinner will be served at 5:30 PM.  The resort will be conducting bingo with prizes for us at a charge of $1 if you would like to join the group for fun.

June 17th, Breakfast will be served at 8 AM.  We will be providing a miniature golf tournament for your enjoyment during the day.  Our dinner tonight will be at 4 PM at the Texas Road House in Eau Claire, this is an optional dinner and you will order off the menu.

June 18th, Breakfast will be served at 8 AM followed by everyone’s farewells.

Again, please forward your fee’s and disclaimer to us by May 15th if you wish to join us this year.  We look forward to hearing from each of you.  The rally cost includes 3 breakfasts, 2 dinners, tour, full hook-ups with 50 amp service, WiFi and cable TV and truly large sites.  The cost for 2 people is $220.00, 1 person is $160.00 and each additional person is $60.00.  Any questions, please contact us ASAP.

This has been some winter, much colder and wetter than normal and I’m really ready for spring. We want to wish safe travels to those that will be traveling back home or any direction you may be headed.

REMEMBER DEADLINES, we all need to take the time to contact our rally hosts with your reservations. Each of these hosts put in many hours to put together the rally for YOUR ENJOYMENT, so PLEASE take the time to let them know by the deadline if you will be attending! These deadlines are starting to approach and the hosts have only heard from a very limited number of members.
