Now that it’s May, we should be well on our way to warmer weather, yard work and other Spring activities, but as you all know our winter has been hanging on and just doesn’t want to give up.  We have lost our snow in the Osseo area within the past week. We were starting to think that our State Rally would have to include some snow activities.  The first weekend in May is the opening of fishing season in WI and many of the lakes are still ice covered.  Some of the fisherman I have talked with, have said they may go ice fishing for the first time ever for the opening.  Interesting Spring!

Our State Rally is ready to go and being held at Stoney Creek RV Resort at Osseo on May 16 - 19th. We have 3 dinners with one of them going out to a great buffet on Friday night.  We are also having Jon from Steinbring coming to the rally with a new unit for your viewing pleasure and discussion on the Newmar product line and services they have to offer to our membership.  He is also providing the Thursday night dinner for our enjoyment, so be sure to thank him for their support of our rally.

You will also be provided with two breakfasts, one on Friday and the other on Sunday before we depart from the rally.  You will have time to view and visit with Jon on Thursday and Friday, then lunch on your own and then we are doing a tour of Global Finishing Solutions in Osseo.  This will be followed by our dinner out.  Saturday is breakfast and lunch on your own, but you can stop and buy some Stoney Creek’s homemade donuts to start your day off.  We will have some game activities for your pleasure and some free time and this will be followed by a dinner at the resort.

If anybody wants to join us at our State Rally, please contact us as I’m sure we can still find room for you and we would really enjoy having you join us.

Remember the International Rally followed by the Region 4 Rally, if you are able to attend these two rallies please do so.  V.P. Howard Hill has been working to set up a caravan to the International and for parking together, so if you are attending and want to be a part of the Northern Aires, please contact him at 608-873-8756.  We want to THANK him for working on this for the membership.

Remember the two Northern Aire Chapter Rallies, July 23 -26^th at Spring Green, hosted by George & Theresa  Korycan information@motor-pr.com and Howard & Diana Hill hillstanker@aol.com  and September 10 -13^th at Fond du Lac hosted by Howard and Janice Gundrum janicegundrum@yahoo.com .  So please plan to support these two rallies as our members work hard to put these rallies together for your enjoyment.
