Illinois State Directors

First of all, we want to congratulate Everett & Julie Israel, our new Region 4 Directors.  There is no doubt they will do an excellent job.  We are pleased to have the privilege of working under them as Illinois State Directors.

We are Jim & Carol Chaney (3941) from Mansfield, IL, which is our summer home.  Our winter home is in Mission, TX.  We have two daughters, nine grandkids, and three great grandkids.  We also have one 4 ½ year old Yorkie named Gypsy, and she is the ruler of our house!

We both love to travel, and what better way to see this beautiful country than traveling in our Dutch Star.  Jim’s hobby is woodcarving.  Last year he won a first and second place, for the two pieces he entered in the “Rally On The Rio” woodcarving show.  Carol’s hobby is Swedish Weaving and she has been teaching it for three years now.

It is very sad to have to report that Judy Wilson, a member of the IKK Klub, passed away on December 28, 2011.  She and her husband, Bill, have been such an important part of our Klub.  Our hearts and prayers go out to Bill and their family.
