Welcome to our Region Four website.  We feel very honored to serve as Region Directors for Region Four.  We have been a member of the NKK since 1998 when we bought our Dutch Star, as the dealer offered to pay our first year dues.   We served a three year term as chapter president for the Iowa Hawkeye Kountry Travelers before being appointed Region 4 Directors effective January 1, 2006.  In addition to our duties as Region 4 Directors, we were pleased to host the Grand Circle Caravan in the Fall of 2007.

We both grew up in Nebraska, and were transferred to Sioux City, IA in 1968.  We have two sons, two daughters-in-law and 4 grandchildren.  Jim retired from the insurance business and Wilma had a career in banking. 

There are seven states in Region Four; Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota; and, Wisconsin.  Illinois has two Chapters and the other states each have one Chapter.  Following is a listing of our states and Chapters with names, addresses and telephone numbers of our State Directors and Chapter Presidents.  Also included is a listing of all rallies to be held in our region during the upcoming year.

Rally Fee is $200.00 for 2 people in one unit; $100.00 for 1 person in unit; and, $100.00 for extra person.  Fee includes 2 breakfasts, 4 dinners, Journey Museum, City Trolley Tour, Crazy Horse, Mt. Rushmore Lighting Ceremony, Bear Country, Cosmos; and, tours of Ellsworth Air Force Base, Rushmore Jewelry and of Sioux Pottery. 

The rally fee does not include your camping fee.  Hart Ranch is a membership park.  If you are not a member of Coast to Coast, RPI or Hart Ranch, your campi ng fee if $22.00 per unit per night. Non-members are to include this camping fee of $88.00, for 4 nights of camping, along with your registration fee. 

If you are a member of Coast to Coast, RPI or Hart Ranch, when you register for the Rally please let us know your membership and membership number.  You will make payment direct with Hart Ranch either ahead of time, or at time of arrival. 

There are so many things to see and do in the Black Hills.  If you plan to arrive early, or stay after the Rally, you will need to call Hart Ranch direct at #800-605-4278.  Let them know you are part of the Newmar Region 4 Rally group.
