The Arizona State Rally is over, we are at home after our little 8 month odyssey. One more rally in Benson Arizona next week and we will be at home for at least a couple of months.

The Arizona State Rally in Bullhead City was a lot of fun and all the reports I received were extremely positive. (see pictures in region 1 on the NKK web site) We had 28 rigs in attendance, from as far away as Maine. Special thanks to our co-hosts Tom & Marge Pobuda, and Bobby & Dixie Carver, and to New Mexico State Directors, (Dave & Carolyn Kelsey) the Utah State Directors, (Dusty & Carolyn Rhodes) and the Michigan State Directors, (Eugene & Arlene McBride) for their help and support.  Click Here to see photos from the rally.

A special thanks to all of the great volunteers that made this rally possible.  We are grateful for the support of our friends and neighbors from the New Mexico Chile Peppers.  We are looking for suggestions for the 2009 AZ state rally, please contact with any thoughts or suggestions!!!

We also had our new Member at Large Jim Hagedon and his lovely wife Sue at our state rally. In addition to addressing members concerns on all Klub matters, Jim taught a class on navigating the Newmar Web site. We think this is a great idea for all rallies, it will help all of us become more comfortable with using the computer for our Klub information.

This month starts a very busy breakfast and lunch schedule in Arizona! Please check the schedule of events for all the details!!

It’s time to get into the habit of posting our monthly news update on the Konnection web site.

We spent August touring the Maritime Provinces with the Klub. What a great tour! Typical of  NKK events, it was our fellow Klub members that made it great, but some of the most spectacular scenery on earth helped. Our sincere thanks to Ken & Marilyn Jenkins, and Emery and Jackie Melanson, for hosting this wonderful event.

We left Arizona in March; we are looking forward to getting home around the first of November right after the Arizona State Rally in Bullhead City AZ.  As of this writing we have 27 coaches coming with three spaces left. If you call today we might get you in!!!

On our way to Arizona we are going to a New Mexico, Chile Pepper rally in Ruidoso, New Mexico.  After the Arizona state rally we will attend the Roadrunner, Saguaro, rally in Benson, Arizona. We attended this rally last year and it is truly a great area to visit, and a fun rally to attend.

Each year as we travel, we enjoy going to as many rallies as we can in other states, we have always been made to feel welcome, and have found this a great way to make friends, and meet people all over the country. When planning your trips, check the web site and attend rallies whenever possible.

We left Newmar service in Nappanee last week, Newmar service is still the best. Production is building coaches!! They are working on a limited schedule, but the point is they are working hard and I believe they will continue to grow and prosper.
