You may return all items purchased at Newmar Kountry Klub within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. | International Rally Cancellation Policy |
| Cancellations due to emergencies will be accepted up to Friday, June 20, 2008. Requests must be submitted in writing either by mail, e-mail to kountryklub@newmarcorp.com or by fax (574)773-5130. A refund will be made, less $25.00 per person cancellation fee. Any tour or optional activities cancelled after May 23, 2008 will not be refunded unless a replacement can be found. Cancellations received as of June 21, 2008 will receive no refund. Please Note: Many non-refundable financial commitments and deposits are made well in advance of the rally. These commitments make a cancellation policy a necessity. |
