If you do not have a Klub badge, you must order one. Please list name, as you want it on your badge. Cost: $5.50 per badge. MUST BE ORDERED BY June 6.  If registering after June 6 you are responsible to order badge directly from Mr. Ken Badges at his booth in the Vendor Building Monday am.

Do you require Handicap Parking Space? 

Klub requires Doctor’s certificate or Mirror Hang Tag with your reservation form for Handicap Parking.
Please mail or fax copy of your certificate or Mirror Hang Tag to Klub office.

 
Are you a Diabetic? 

Diabetic food served at International Rally consist of breakfast foods and dinner desserts.

Will You Participate as a Member Vendor? 

Dates and hours for Vendor Show are Mon. - Thurs., 9am - 4pm and Fri., 9am - 12 Noon (June 23-27). Booth Cost: $130.00 - includes a 10 x 10 booth space, one 6ft table, two chairs with pipes and draping. Additional booth space is $90.00 per booth. Electrical power is $40.00, additional tables - $8.00 each and additional chairs - $1.00 each.
You MUST complete the Member Vendor Registraion Form at the end of this rally registration form.

 
Will You Participate in the Members Craft Sales? 

Craft Sale is on Wednesday afternoon, June 25, Time: 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Cost for booth: $15.00 ea, includes 10’ X 10’ booth space, a 6’ table and 2 chairs.
