Register for the 2012 International Rally on or before Friday, April 13, 2012, and your Klub number will be entered into the “KLUB’S RALLY FEE REFUND DRAWING”. The drawings will be held during the Opening Ceremony and if your Klub number is drawn, your rally fee will be refunded to you after the rally. Please Note: Rally Refund Fee is based on one/two people in a unit.

Please Note:
  1. Pre-Rally Sightseeing Tours, Early Bird Parking and Golf Tournament must be booked and paid for at the same time as the International Rally Reservation.
  2. All Klub members attending the International Rally must be in a Newmar Recreational Vehicle.

Cancellations due to emergencies will be accepted up to Friday, June 22, 2012. Requests must be submitted in writing either by mail, e-mail to kountryklub@newmarcorp.com or by fax (574) 773-5130. A refund will be made, less $25.00 per person cancellation fee. Optional tours and activities cancelled after May 4, 2012 will not be refunded. Registrations cancelled after June 22, 2012 will receive no refund. Please Note: Many non-refundable financial commitments and deposits are made well in advance of the rally. These commitments make a cancellation policy a necessity.

We are working with Coach America to provide sightseeing tours at our International Rally. They know the history and local culture of Gillette and the surrounding area, and have been conducting tours for several years. All tours must be booked and paid for when you register for the International Rally. We have a minimum of 40 people per bus. Tours will be held only on Sunday and Monday. Sunday tours are scheduled back in time for the Worship Service. Those going on the trip to Devil’s Tower/Vore Buffalo Jump/Deadwood on Monday will miss the First Timer’s Meeting which is held Monday afternoon.

A Vendor Member booth for the 2012 International Rally includes a 10' x 10' space, with one (1) 8Ft. table, two (2) chairs, pipe and drapes.

Note:
  1. All Member Vendors will be parked with general membership, UNLESS you are working out of your unit or specifically request to park with vendors.
  2. Addition booth fees may apply if space allocation is exceeded.
  3. Each Vendor Exhibitor must carry their own Property & Liability Insurance and furnish proof of insurance to the Newmar Kountry Klub. Every vendor will be responsible for charging Wyoming 6% sales tax. A representative from the Wyoming Sales Tax Division will be at the rally on June 25 & 26 to register all vendors.
  4. To qualify for Member Vendor fees you must participate in the International Rally as a Klub member and be in your Newmar recreational vehicle.
